Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be **unused**, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- Several types of items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.

Refund Process
- To initiate a return, contact us at info@horrorhubmarketplace.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email if your refund has been approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@horrorhubmarketplace.com.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
